Are your grout lines darker in walk areas? Your high traffic areas become noticeably dark over time. In most cases this is caused by ground in soils. These are easily cleaned with the right technique and the right equipment. Both of which we have. Our truck mounted system has the ability to achieve high pressure and high heat. This combination will remove the dirtiest of grime and grease from your tile and grout. Once the tile and grout is cleaned we then add a sealer to the grout lines which will keep soils from penetrating back into the grout lines which makes easy cleaning of those future spills.
